Q.What is your shipping policy?
We at drape ethnic try to ship all products within the stipulated time, as mentioned in the product. However, at sometimes there may occur some unavoidable circumstances which may lead to delay or cancellation of order.

• Reasons for delay /cancellations • Products stuck in custom • From the merchants end • Out of stock • National holiday

In case of delay an email will be sent on the registered email id regarding the reason and other information.

On the other hand in case of cancellations, a cancellation email will be sent on the registered email id and the pre-paid money will be refunded in whole in the form of credits/transferred to the bank account.

Q.What are the shipping charges on drape ethnic products?
Drape ethnic offers absolutely free shipping in india. For international orders the charges will be calculated and it will be included on your cart.

Q.What time will it take for an order to be delivered?
An estimated delivery time is displayed at time you order any product. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.

Q.What if we don't deliver in time?
We would try to send all products in time but in case the product doesn't reach to the right place in time the receiver could wait for sometime or they could make an inquiry on our website. Or else they could cancel the order.
